SEFTON WINS TWO AWARDS!

Dear All

I am delighted to announce that the good people and listeners of the Famegames Effigy Awards 2008 presented me with two prestigious Awards at their online ceremony this weekend. I was the winner of "Best Acoustic Song" for Rick's Seat and also "Best Profile". Famegames is the largest independant online music chart in the world and is broadcast to over 2 million listeners worldwide. (www.meermusic.com)

This is the first ever music award for me and as you can probably imagine I am well chuffed to say the least!

It has arrived at a time when I am in the studio working on my Debut Album and was a very welcome distraction indeed.

Huge thanks to Charlie, Neill, Mark and Steve for giving such great performances on Rick's Seat and giving it enough fairy dust to see it through! A fine team effort if ever there was one.

I am off for a Guinness to celebrate! Hurrah!
